Baiba Hermanns - Vagule
has been involved in Hermanns Consultancy since 2004 besides her study
programme at Wageningen University in the Netherlands, where she is rounding
up her Master study in Economics and communication. As originally Latvian
she is mainly taking part in EU projects of different fields involving Eastern
European countries.
